The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using advanced flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure optimal airflow. We have eliminated the original click connections and increased the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet to Ø70 mm, which means that the kit is equipped with reinforced silicone hoses. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance.
The EVO3 high-performance intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the standard intercooler. Due to its size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are required. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, so that it also meets the requirements of racing.
