DELIVERY, RETURNS and warranty
Orders paid for by Credit / Debit Card can only be delivered to the registered card address of the cardholder unless you have passed 3D Secure or Verified by VISA. Orders paid for by PayPal can only be delivered to a confirmed address. Orders paid for by Electronic Bank Transfer can be delivered to the address of your choice. All deliveries must be signed for.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. Orders being delivered to a UK address are shipped free by default. Express delivery is available on some products at a premium. Collection is possible strictly by prior arrangement. Overseas delivery charges are subject to checks before shipment. All delivery time scales are estimates subject to product and delivery slot availability. Standard UK delivery is normally within five working days but often quicker. Sometimes delivery takes longer due to stock availability. If we do not have stock available we will contact you with an estimate to when we will have the goods available.
When choosing an express delivery option we must have your order before midday to ensure same day dispatch and is subject to available stock. Express delivery orders will be dispatched using a Next Day service, or fastest available service for outlying areas. Express delivery charges will be refunded if we are unable to dispatch within the quoted time scale.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Wagner Tuning Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
All goods remain the property of Wagner Tuning Ltd. until payment received in full.
Payment Security & Postage Charges
We use Sage Pay and PayPal to collect and process transaction information.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Our website displays live information regarding item stock availability.
Items showing as Available for 'Standard Delivery' are in stock. Standard UK Delivery is quoted as 3-5 working days.
If an item is Available for 'Express Delivery' we have stock here in the UK ready for Next Day courier service.
Availability showing as 'Back Order' means we are temporarily out of stock. Below there will be information giving an estimate to when we will have more units available. You are still able to order as we will fulfil the order as soon as the product is available again.
Wagner Tuning Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If you would like to return a product for refund you have 14 days from date of delivery to inform us and then 14 days to return the product. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Orders that have been correctly supplied and are returned after this period will be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge.
All products being returned must be in a resalable condition including all the original packaging. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease/paint applied or the packaging damaged. If a product has been used it is deemed to have been accepted.
Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will not be credited under any circumstance. Any amendments or modifications carried out in an effort to install items are done so purely at the end user's risk.
Special order products can only be returned if defective or not as originally described. They are made to order to customer specification so fall outside distance selling laws.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are made aware of this within 14 days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
If your order fails delivery due to incorrect information given when placing the order, you the customer will be liable for all additional delivery charges including charges made by the courier if they return the goods to us.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. After a product has been marked dispatched it will be the customer responsible for return costs. If we are able to recall the product the customer will be liable for any courier charges incurred.

All products come with a 2 Year Manufacturer warranty. All product warranties offered are non-transferable.
Intercooler warranty is extendable to 4 years via product registration with the Manufacturer.
No warranty claim will be considered unless you can produce a verifiable invoice in your name.
Items must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty repair or replacement being authorised.
Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will void the warranty.
We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.
