Competition Intercooler Kit for Hyundai I30 1,6 T-GDI and Kia Cee´d GT 1,6T-GDI
The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (300mm x 350mm x 125[65]mm) and thus offers a 100% larger cooling surface and 117% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition Core supports a very high ratio of airflow and is also very light. The weight of complete intercooler is only 7,1kg. The endtanks of the intercooler are made ??of cast aluminium and have been optimised under flow analysis in the CAD system. With the help of additional air baffles, inside inlet, providing for a uniform filling of the intercooler. The stock click connections have been eliminated and increased to a inlet and outlet connection diameter of Ø50 / Ø60mm. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum back pressure. So this kit is just the right thing for racing. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance!
