The 3.0-liter S55B30 turbo engine of your BMW M2 Competition is equipped with an advanced indirect charge air cooling circuit. In contrast to the conventional cooling process with ambient air as the cooling medium, a separate cooling water circuit is used here. The reduction in cooling water temperature is therefore directly linked to improved charge air cooling performance. The newly developed competition racing nets of the Wagner Tuning high-performance water cooler increase the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by an impressive 89% at the front and 94% at the sides. In addition, the increased cooling water volume means that the entire system thermal can be kept at a lower level over a longer period of time.
